• Lead two cross-functional squads (12 engineers, 3 designers, 2 QA analysts) in two-week agile sprints, maintaining velocity above 85 story points while keeping defect leakage <2 %; groom backlogs, prioritize features with RICE scoring, and unblock teams in daily stand-ups.
• Champion data-driven iteration: build Amplitude funnels, Mixpanel cohorts, and SQL queries that surface “Aha” moments—e.g., the exact index rating that correlates with a 3× portfolio boost—then A/B test UI tweaks that lift 30-day retention by 8-12 %.
• Collaborate with Token Metrics’ AI research team to productize new predictive models (LSTM, Transformer) into actionable investor signals; define data pipelines, model cards, and user-facing explanations that stay compliant with EU AI Act draft guidelines.
• Own UI/UX coherence across web, iOS, and Android: run design sprints, map user journeys, and enforce a consistent design-system that scores ≥4.6 on App Store usability; coordinate accessibility audits for WCAG 2.1 AA compliance.
• Act as quality gatekeeper: write test plans, coordinate regression cycles on BrowserStack, and sign off on releases only when crash-free rate ≥99.5 % and lighthouse performance >90; manage hot-fix war-room during market-volatility spikes.
