• • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Token Metrics’ next-generation AI-driven crypto analytics platform, translating complex market data into intuitive, investor-centric features that help users in 50+ countries build profitable portfolios.
• • Spearhead product strategy by synthesizing market research, on-chain analytics, competitive intelligence, and direct customer feedback to uncover high-impact opportunities—whether that means launching a new DeFi yield dashboard, enhancing our AI ranking engine, or creating a mobile-first experience for emerging-market traders.
• • Lead agile sprints across distributed engineering, data science, design, and marketing teams, ensuring every release delivers measurable user value while staying aligned with Token Metrics’ mission of democratizing institutional-grade crypto insights.
• • Champion data-driven decision making: define KPIs, instrument behavioral analytics (Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar), and run A/B tests that isolate the exact “Aha” moments that convert free users into paying subscribers and long-term portfolio holders.
• • Collaborate daily with UI/UX designers to craft frictionless, visually compelling interfaces that demystify blockchain data for both retail investors and crypto fund managers—balancing deep functionality with simplicity.
• • Maintain a 360° view of the rapidly shifting crypto landscape—tracking protocol upgrades, regulatory developments, and macro trends—to anticipate user needs and position Token Metrics two steps ahead of the market.
• • Own the QA pipeline: write test plans, coordinate user-acceptance sessions, triage bug backlogs, and institutionalize a culture of continuous product improvement rooted in real user feedback and live trading outcomes.
• • Act as the primary bridge between stakeholders (executives, token research analysts, customer success, and community moderators) and the product squad, distilling complex technical trade-offs into clear narratives that secure buy-in and funding.
• • Serve as an internal “growth hacker,” ideating and shipping retention loops—such as personalized push alerts on portfolio risk, referral incentives tied to AI predictions accuracy, or tiered subscription upsells—that compound monthly active users and lifetime value.
• • Mentor junior PMs and analysts, fostering a culture of experimentation, psychological safety, and customer obsession that turns Token Metrics into the default destination for crypto portfolio intelligence.
• • Present product roadmaps and post-launch learnings to the global Token Metrics community via AMAs, webinars, and Twitter Spaces, turning user feedback into a virtuous cycle of innovation and brand advocacy.
