📋 Description

• • Own the end-to-end social media strategy for Token Metrics Ventures, a fast-growing AI-driven crypto analytics platform serving 50+ countries. You will be the public voice of our brand, translating complex blockchain concepts into scroll-stopping stories that attract, educate, and convert retail investors, traders, and fund managers.
• • Design and execute always-on campaigns across Instagram, Twitter, Telegram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube that consistently hit KPIs for reach, engagement, follower growth, and lead generation. You will manage six-figure annual ad budgets, optimize bids, creative, and audiences daily, and report ROI to the C-suite every Monday.
• • Create thumb-stopping written, visual, and short-form video content that demystifies DeFi, yield farming, staking, IDOs, and IEOs. Expect to produce 40–50 pieces of original content per week, from 15-second TikTok explainers to Twitter threads that rack up 1 M+ impressions.
• • Build and nurture a passionate community of 200 k+ followers across channels. You will moderate Telegram and Discord 24/7, turn curious lurkers into loyal advocates, and de-escalate FUD before it trends. Your tone is equal parts Warren Buffett and Crypto Twitter—credible yet meme-ready.
• • Identify, negotiate, and manage influencer partnerships with KOLs ranging from 10 k to 5 M followers. You will run performance-based campaigns, track affiliate codes, and generate UGC that amplifies reach by 300 % quarter-over-quarter.
• • Analyze on-chain and off-chain metrics to prove what’s working. You will build dashboards in HubSpot, Google Data Studio, and TubeBuddy, correlate social spikes with token price action, and A/B test hooks, thumbnails, and CTAs to lift CTR by 20 % monthly.
• • Coach a 15-person global marketing squad on content best practices. You will host bi-weekly workshops, create SOPs, and enforce brand voice guidelines so that every employee post is on-message and compliant.
• • Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes, crypto regulations, and meme cycles. You will experiment with emerging formats (Twitter Spaces, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts) and be the first to leverage new features for alpha generation.
• • Collaborate with product, research, and customer-success teams to turn user pain points into viral educational series that reduce support tickets by 25 %.
