📋 Description

• • Own the TikTok voice of Token Metrics: you will ideate, script, film, edit, and publish 3–5 short-form videos every week that demystify AI-driven crypto investing for a global audience. Your content will live at the intersection of finance, tech, and pop culture—turning on-chain analytics, token ratings, and predictive models into snackable, binge-worthy stories.
• • Engineer virality: stay surgically close to TikTok’s algorithm—track trending sounds, effects, memes, and challenges within minutes of their emergence and twist them into narratives that spotlight Token Metrics’ unique value proposition. You will A/B test hooks, captions, posting times, and CTAs, then double-down on formats that drive the highest watch-time, saves, shares, and follower conversion.
• • Educate at scale: translate complex AI indicators (e.g., neural-network price predictions, sentiment scores, on-chain whale alerts) into 15–30-second explainers that feel like entertainment, not lectures. Use storytelling devices—analogies, skits, duets, stitches—to help viewers understand how Token Metrics can help them beat the market.
• • Collaborate cross-functionally: sync daily with the growth marketing team to align content with product launches, referral campaigns, and affiliate funnels; join weekly AI-research stand-ups to source fresh data nuggets worth turning into viral gold; and liaise with design to maintain brand aesthetics while still riding the latest TikTok aesthetic trends.
• • Own the analytics loop: monitor TikTok analytics, Google Analytics, and Token Metrics’ internal dashboards to attribute sign-ups, upgrades, and referrals back to specific videos. Present weekly performance recaps that highlight retention curves, CTRs, and revenue impact, then pitch next-week experiments based on those insights.
• • Build community, not just reach: reply to comments, spark conversations, host live Q&A sessions, and cultivate superfans who evangelize Token Metrics organically. You’ll create polls, challenges, and UGC prompts that turn viewers into co-creators, amplifying reach without extra ad spend.
• • Champion ethical storytelling: ensure every claim is backed by Token Metrics’ data, every disclaimer is visible, and every promotion complies with regional advertising standards. You’ll be the guardian of trust in a space rife with hype.
• • Iterate at lightning speed: ship a raw meme reacting to today’s Fed announcement, splice in a screen recording of Token Metrics’ AI dashboard, overlay captions, and have it live before the trend peaks—then remix the same concept for EU and APAC time zones.
• • Influence product roadmap: surface recurring viewer questions and pain points to the product team, effectively turning TikTok comments into a real-time focus group that shapes upcoming features.
