- • As a Culture & Engagement Specialist at Liven, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and sustaining a vibrant, values-driven workplace culture that aligns with the company’s mission to support mental well-being and personal growth. Your work will directly influence how employees connect with Liven’s purpose, fostering a sense of belonging, motivation, and shared identity across teams in Kyiv and Warsaw.
- • You will design and execute a diverse range of internal initiatives — from large-scale All-Hands meetings and educational workshops to intimate team-building sessions and recognition-driven events — ensuring each experience energizes, informs, and inspires employees while reinforcing Liven’s core values of curiosity, experimentation, and impact.
- • You will manage the full lifecycle of internal communications, collaborating with the creative team to produce engaging content for Slack and Notion, including announcements, articles, digests, and podcasts, transforming routine updates into meaningful narratives that resonate emotionally and intellectually with the workforce.
- • You will partner with internal ambassadors and culture drivers to amplify grassroots initiatives, ensuring that cultural efforts are inclusive, representative, and sustained across departments and locations, turning culture into a lived experience rather than a top-down mandate.
- • You will steward Liven’s Recognition Platform, maintaining and evolving the system that celebrates individual and team achievements, ensuring recognition is timely, visible, and tied to behaviors that reflect the company’s values and strategic goals.
- • You will conceptualize and bring to life branded merchandise and gifts — from ideation to execution with designers — creating tangible touchpoints that reinforce company pride, commemorate milestones, and strengthen emotional connection to the Liven brand.
- • You will contribute to building a top-tier employer brand by showcasing Liven’s unique culture internally and externally, positioning the company as a destination for purpose-driven talent who seek meaningful work in a supportive, innovative environment.
- • You will grow your expertise in corporate culture, internal communications, event strategy, and change management through hands-on leadership of high-visibility projects, gaining experience in balancing creativity with operational rigor in a fast-moving, mission-led organization.
