This position supports nationwide title services by examining public records and correcting title discrepancies, directly contributing to smooth and compliant property transfers.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include performing title curative functions to resolve issues such as liens, gaps in ownership, or document errors within established deadlines; responding to customer inquiries via phone and email; following standard procedures and guidelines; recognizing and solving typical problems using established solutions; communicating moderately complex information within the team; and managing one’s own workload under general supervision.
