  • • As a Curriculum Designer at Campus LLC, you will be at the forefront of shaping the educational experience for our students, reporting directly to the Curriculum Manager. This pivotal role is designed for an individual passionate about pedagogy, instructional excellence, and the strategic development of academic content. You will be instrumental in creating, refining, and enhancing courses across a diverse range of academic subjects, ensuring every program is not only pedagogically sound and accessible but also strictly aligned with institutional policies and consistently delivered to the highest standards.
  • • Your responsibilities will span both instructional design and course coordination, a hybrid approach that allows for deep engagement with faculty, a keen understanding of student learning experiences, and the maintenance of academic integrity and continuity across multiple course sections and academic terms. This role demands a proactive and collaborative spirit, working closely with Program Directors and the Academic Team to translate educational goals into tangible, effective learning pathways.
  • • A core aspect of your work will involve the design, revision, and evaluation of courses. You will leverage evidence-based instructional practices, cutting-edge digital learning tools, and established academic frameworks to build learning materials that are not only engaging and inclusive but also fully compliant with institutional policies and curriculum standards. This includes developing assessments, rubrics, and learning activities that directly support measurable learning outcomes and uphold academic rigor, all in close partnership with academic leadership.
  • • You will be the guardian of course quality, ensuring that all content meets Campus's high expectations for accessibility, online teaching standards, and general higher education best practices. This involves seamless integration with student support services and navigating established academic approval processes. Maintaining a meticulously organized curriculum management system will be crucial, ensuring that all faculty, students, and administrators have easy access to up-to-date course materials.
  • • Beyond design, you will provide critical faculty support and training. This includes maintaining master course shells, ensuring consistency and alignment across numerous course sections, and overseeing the regular updating of syllabi, assignments, and learning materials each term to guarantee policy compliance and curricular coherence. You will serve as the primary point of contact for faculty teaching your assigned courses, offering support with course navigation, understanding expectations, and clarifying instructional content.
  • • To foster continuous improvement and pedagogical advancement, you will design and deliver comprehensive faculty training and professional development sessions. These sessions will keep instructors informed about effective teaching strategies, curriculum updates, and the latest instructional technologies. You will also monitor course delivery to ensure adherence to institutional policies, including those related to student accommodations, academic integrity, and communication standards.
  • • To maintain a grounded understanding of the student experience, you are required to serve as a Teaching Assistant for at least one course per quarter within your designated suite of courses. This hands-on involvement will keep you closely aligned with student needs, learning challenges, and engagement patterns, allowing you to actively participate in and understand the instructional platform from a user's perspective.
  • • Your familiarity with platform requirements, instructional constraints, and emerging opportunities will directly inform your course design and faculty support strategies. Furthermore, you will play a key role in quality assurance and continuous improvement by collecting and analyzing feedback from both students and faculty to drive ongoing enhancements to courses and the overall curriculum. You will also support program review, accreditation processes, and the documentation of learning outcomes and assessments.
  • • Innovation is central to this role. You will leverage Campus's suite of tools and educational technologies, including AI-enabled platforms, to design, maintain, and iterate curriculum at scale. This ensures that our curriculum remains adaptable, relevant, and responsive to evolving industry needs, institutional priorities, and diverse student populations. You will actively explore and pilot new instructional approaches, technologies, and workflows that enhance efficiency, quality, and learning outcomes, always without compromising academic standards. This is an opportunity to be an integral player in bringing Campus's vision to life and making a significant impact on higher education.
