- • Own the end-to-end vision and roadmap for AI-powered HR products that will touch every Freshworks employee—from onboarding to career growth—ensuring each experience is frictionless, personalized, and future-ready.
- • Translate complex business challenges across talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, and employee services into scalable AI solutions that deliver measurable ROI and elevate the employee experience.
- • Lead a high-performing team of Product Owners who act as the voice of the customer, guiding them to design, pilot, and scale AI-enabled features such as predictive attrition models, intelligent chatbots, automated case routing, and dynamic skills ontologies.
- • Drive rigorous experimentation: define success metrics, run controlled pilots, iterate with real-time feedback, and decide which innovations graduate to enterprise-wide deployment—balancing speed with governance and ethical AI standards.
- • Partner with IT, Legal, Security, and People Analytics to establish robust AI governance frameworks, data-privacy safeguards, and bias-mitigation protocols that keep Freshworks at the forefront of responsible AI in HR.
- • Champion change management and digital adoption across a global workforce of 5,000+ employees, crafting communication plans, training curricula, and feedback loops that turn skeptics into power users.
- • Continuously optimize HR processes—eliminating manual hand-offs, reducing cycle times, and unlocking cost savings—by deploying intelligent automation, RPA bots, and low-code/no-code solutions within Workday and adjacent platforms.
- • Act as the primary liaison between HR leadership and executive stakeholders, translating technical capabilities into compelling business narratives that secure funding, executive sponsorship, and cross-functional commitment.
- • Provide direct project leadership for high-impact initiatives when dedicated PMO resources are unavailable: scope requirements, manage budgets, coordinate vendor contracts, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- • Foster a culture of innovation by hosting hackathons, brown-bag sessions, and external thought-leadership events, positioning Freshworks as an employer of choice for top AI and HR tech talent.
- • Monitor emerging technologies—generative AI, large language models, graph databases, and immersive learning platforms—to identify next-generation opportunities that keep the HR function two steps ahead of industry trends.
- • Build and maintain a living HR tech stack inventory, rationalizing overlapping tools, negotiating enterprise licenses, and ensuring seamless integrations that create a single source of truth for people data.
- • Establish KPIs and dashboards that track adoption, user satisfaction, process efficiency, and business impact, presenting quarterly reviews to the CHRO and executive committee with actionable insights and next-step recommendations.
- • Mentor rising product managers and analysts, creating personalized development plans, sponsoring conference attendance, and cultivating a diverse pipeline of future leaders who reflect Freshworks’ global workforce.
