  • • As a Customer Account Executive at Ironclad Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by managing and expanding a book of business in a fast-growing AI-powered contracting platform trusted by industry leaders like Rivian, WHO, and the Associated Press.
  • • Day to day, you will manage customer relationships to drive expansion and retention, execute full-cycle sales processes from discovery to close, collaborate with Customer Success, Implementation, Support, and Product teams to ensure seamless delivery, maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene in CRM tools, and continuously develop your product and sales expertise to better serve customer outcomes.
