- • The Customer Account Executive, Enterprise role at Ironclad is critical for driving retention and growth across a portfolio of strategic, upmarket customers, ensuring contracts continue to deliver value and expand in scope.
- • Day to day, the role involves owning and executing renewal motions, identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts, managing pipeline hygiene, forecasting revenue outcomes, and collaborating with Customer Success, Product, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- • Ironclad is a leading AI-powered contract lifecycle management platform trusted by innovative organizations like Rivian, the World Health Organization, and the Associated Press, recognized as a leader by Forrester and Gartner, and backed by top-tier investors including Accel, Sequoia, and Y Combinator.
- • In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in enterprise sales motions, strengthen strategic account management skills, gain exposure to cross-functional Go-to-Market operations, and contribute directly to product and packaging strategy through customer insights, positioning them for advancement into senior commercial or leadership roles.
