  • • The Customer Account Manager at Cobot GmbH serves as the primary relationship lead for one of the company’s most strategic enterprise customers, playing a pivotal role in driving long-term account growth and ensuring alignment across complex stakeholder groups within large healthcare organizations. This position is critical to strengthening and expanding Cobot’s partnership with key clients by translating customer priorities into actionable initiatives and maintaining a trusted advisor status at the executive level.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact across multiple customer stakeholders and initiatives, building trusted relationships with business-line, operational, and executive stakeholders while developing a deep understanding of customer priorities and internal dynamics, mapping key stakeholder networks to identify decision-makers, champions, and potential blockers, and developing insight into customer funding structures, timelines, and decision processes to help advance programs.
  • • The role requires close collaboration with Sales, Flywheel, and Deployment teams to align internal efforts and deliver successful outcomes, proactively managing expectations, resolving challenges, and keeping complex initiatives moving forward in a fast-paced environment, identifying and driving opportunities for account growth including renewals, expansions, and new use cases, and acting as the internal customer advocate within Cobot to ensure the right teams and resources are aligned to support long-term success.
  • • The Customer Account Manager will maintain a regular onsite presence at customer locations in Minnesota, Arizona, and Florida to strengthen relationships and support ongoing initiatives, requiring willingness to travel at least 65% of the time unless based in Minneapolis, and will operate within a collaborative, dynamic startup environment as part of a small team focused on reimagining the future of human-robot interaction.
  • • In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in enterprise healthcare account strategy, refine advanced stakeholder mapping and influence techniques, gain experience driving expansion opportunities in complex organizations, and build a track record of delivering both near-term operational outcomes and long-term partnership value while working at the forefront of collaborative robotics innovation.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5–10 years of experience in account management, enterprise customer success, consulting, or other customer-facing roles.
  • • Experience working with healthcare systems, hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, or healthcare technology organizations.
  • • Experience managing complex enterprise relationships with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to quickly establish trust with senior stakeholders.
  • • Ability to navigate large organizations and influence outcomes without direct authority.
  • • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving progress in evolving, fast-moving environments, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • • Highly motivated teammate with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • • Enjoy working in a fast paced, collaborative and dynamic start-up environment as part of a small team.
  • • Willing to travel 65% of the time unless based in Minneapolis.
  • • Must have and maintain US work authorization.
