  • • A significant part of your daily activity will involve placing outbound calls to follow up on product and service inquiries, proactively recommending appropriate Epicor solutions that align with customer requirements and business value.
  • • You will be adept at providing customers with detailed quotes, Return on Investment (ROI) analyses, and persuasive proposals, clearly articulating the business value and benefits of Epicor's software and services.
  • • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and leadership teams within your customer base is paramount, fostering a partnership approach that leads to deep customer loyalty and advocacy.
  • • Developing referenceability within the existing install base will be a key performance indicator, leveraging satisfied customers to support new business acquisition.
  • • You will collaborate effectively with various internal Epicor teams, including sales, support, and product specialists, to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience and to drive successful sales outcomes.
  • • Territory planning will be a core responsibility, requiring you to analyze market trends, customer segments, and competitive landscapes to optimize your sales approach.
