  • • As a Customer Business Manager for Unilever International US Seeding, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of Unilever’s fastest-growing global business unit by identifying and capturing white space opportunities in the U.S. market, particularly in underserved regions and channels, leveraging a network of over 400 third-party distributors to expand distribution of iconic nutrition brands and contribute to a projected $50M+ business by 2024.
  • • You will lead end-to-end market development initiatives, including leading Joint Business Planning (JBP), managing pricing and P&L, overseeing forecasting and supply chain alignment with distributors, executing shopper marketing programs, and ensuring 98% on-time order fulfillment while representing Unilever at key trade fairs to expand ACV across Grocery, Mass, Independent, and Club channels.
  • • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including New Product Development, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and local OpCo to align on critical projects, manage customer complaints, oversee new product launches from idea to market, and ensure speed-to-market execution for innovations in nutrition and IC (Indulgence & Confectionery) portfolios.

  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in global brand expansion into white spaces, master end-to-end P&L ownership, refine advanced negotiation and stakeholder management skills with senior internal and external partners, and gain strategic experience in scaling high-growth businesses within a purpose-driven organization committed to making sustainable living commonplace.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 8–10 years of experience in FMCG industry sales, customer development, or commercial roles, preferably in B2B distribution, key account management, or nutrition/sector-specific markets.
  • • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing strategic customer relationships with international distributors and key internal stakeholders.
  • • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; fluency in Mandarin and/or Spanish is preferred.
  • • Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and experience managing P&L, forecasting, pricing, and joint business planning (JBP) processes.
  • • Demonstrated ability to identify white space opportunities, drive innovation launches, and execute speed-to-market strategies for new product development and distribution.
  • • Action-oriented, results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with resilience, adaptability, and a track record of exceptional business results.
