- • The Customer Care Associate role at Remote is focused on supporting standard users by providing timely and empathetic customer support across email and live messaging channels, playing a key role in enhancing the customer journey and advocating for user needs.
- • Day to day, the associate will resolve customer tickets across Remote’s verticals, maintain productivity and attention to detail, respond within agreed service level times, and collaborate closely with Customer Success, Sales, and cross-vertical operational teams to ensure seamless user experiences.
