- • As a Customer Care Operations Intern at Maki People SAS, you will serve as a key point of contact for recruiters and candidates, helping to build trusting relationships and ensure a seamless experience with the company’s AI-powered HR platform.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include solving complex customer and candidate tickets escalated from the outsourcing provider, analyzing customer interaction data using Excel to identify trends and improve service, creating and refining Help Centre articles that reflect the brand’s tone of voice, and communicating daily with internal teams and external collaborators such as the outsourcing partner.
- • You will join a small, dynamic Customer Care team led by Solène and Roisin, working alongside outsourced agents to deliver exceptional support in an innovative HR tech environment focused on building AI-driven customer support agents.
