- • As a Customer Care Representative at Banner Home Medical Equipment, you will serve as a vital liaison between patients, healthcare providers, insurers, and community agencies to ensure seamless coordination of durable medical equipment and related services.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include handling incoming referrals for new and refill orders, verifying insurance and medical documentation, entering patient data into systems, coordinating deliveries with clinical and warehouse teams, and providing clear instructions to patients and families about equipment use, reimbursement, and financial responsibilities.
- • You will work within a centralized call center team in Peoria, AZ, supporting a fast-growing post-acute services agency that serves over 100,000 customers annually across Maricopa and Pima Counties, specializing in respiratory, sleep, wound care, orthotics, and home medical equipment.
