• Day-to-Day: As a Customer Care Specialist at Koala Health, you will be the friendly voice and helpful hand behind every customer interaction, assisting with order updates, managing questions across multiple channels (chat, email, and phone), and helping escalating feedback to improve service, ensuring every interaction is a chance to delight customers, even when they are frustrated, by providing calm, proactive problem-solving across chat, email, and phone.
• What the Person Will Do Day to Day: You will assist with order updates, manage customer inquiries across chat, email, and phone channels, and help escalate feedback to support continuous improvement in pet healthcare delivery.
• About the Team or Company: Koala Health is a fast-growing veterinary pharmacy on a mission to simplify pet healthcare and create joyful experiences for pet owners and veterinarians by delivering medications and health products directly to pet parents, beautifully packaged and on time.
• What the Person Can Learn or Achieve in This Role: You will develop strong customer service skills in a mission-driven environment, gain experience in multi-channel support, and contribute to improving pet healthcare delivery while working remotely with a team passionate about pets and their owners.
