📋 Description
- • As a Customer Care Specialist (German), you will be on the frontline of Rohlik Group’s renowned customer experience, helping shape a love brand known for speed, humanity, and genuine care.
- • Day to day, you will assist customers via phone, email, and chat — handling both inbound and outbound communication, resolving complex issues such as delivery changes, address updates, item modifications, delayed orders, and complaints, while coordinating with couriers and internal teams to ensure timely and successful deliveries.
- • You will join a collaborative team in Prague’s head office that values doing things properly, supports one another, and takes pride in delivering real solutions — not just reading scripts — in a hybrid work model allowing 3–4 days of home office after onboarding.
- • In this role, you will develop strong problem-solving and communication skills, gain deep insight into e-commerce logistics and customer experience, contribute to service improvements through feedback sharing, and grow personally and professionally alongside a fast-scaling company where your work has real impact on how people live and eat.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in customer service or another customer-facing role
- • Advanced proficiency in German (written and spoken) — required
- • Proficiency in Czech or Slovak — required
- • Strong communication skills and a naturally customer-oriented approach
- • Ability to remain calm under stress and handle conflict situations effectively
- • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends
