- • As a Customer Contact Center Representative at Voya Financial, you will play a vital role in helping individuals achieve their retirement goals by providing exceptional service and financial guidance through inbound customer interactions.
- • Day to day, you will communicate effectively with customers to assist with retirement plan inquiries, balance transfers, loan requests, and account information while striving for first-call resolution and taking ownership of customer needs in a metric-driven environment.

🎯 Requirements
- • College degree and 1+ year of customer service experience, OR high school diploma/GED and 3+ years of customer service experience
- • Availability to work any shift between 7:30 AM and 10:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday
- • Proficiency with basic computer functions, including navigating multiple systems and applications
- • Strong learning agility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
- • Bi-lingual candidates are encouraged to apply and may qualify for a $3,000 pay differential upon passing an assessment
