- • As a Contact Center Representative at IQVIA, you will provide compassionate patient support and customer information services for a leading global biopharmaceutical company, handling inbound and outbound contacts via phone, chat, and email.
- • Day to day, you will manage patient inquiries, activate copay cards, deliver product education, process adverse event reports, and provide emotional support while maintaining strict compliance with FDA and client standards.

🎯 Requirements
- • High school diploma required; associate degree or bachelor's degree (B.A., B.S., or equivalent) preferred.
- • Minimum one year of inbound contact center experience utilizing telephony platforms.
- • Customer service experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare environments strongly preferred.
- • Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills with demonstrated tact and patience.
- • Strong time management, multitasking, and prioritization abilities in fast-paced environments.
- • Critical thinking and emotional intelligence to identify and resolve patient challenges with empathy and professionalism.
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).
- • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and uphold professional ethical conduct.
