- • As a Customer Delivery Project Specialist at i3D.net B.V., you play a critical role in transforming sold solutions into delivered reality, ensuring seamless execution from contract to handover for high-profile clients in gaming and technology.
- • Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction and operational efficiency by eliminating delays, clarifying scopes, and enabling frictionless delivery of low-latency, scalable network infrastructure.
- • You will own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, translating signed contracts into actionable plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, and maintaining clear communication with both internal stakeholders and customers throughout the project journey.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include structuring work in Jira, HubSpot, and NetSuite; identifying and resolving gaps in scope or data; driving alignment between Implementation, Operations, Customer Success, and Finance; and ensuring accurate documentation and setup at project handover.
- • You will collaborate closely with technical, commercial, and customer-facing teams, acting as the central point of contact who keeps everyone informed on progress, risks, and milestones while proactively addressing issues before they escalate.
- • The role is based in Rotterdam with a hybrid model requiring approximately two days on-site per week, ideal for someone based in the Netherlands who thrives in a fast-paced, operational environment.
- • Over your first year, you will have the opportunity to significantly improve delivery speed, reduce bottlenecks, and establish yourself as the trusted go-to person for customer delivery excellence across the organization.
- • You’ll gain deep exposure to global network infrastructure, enterprise SaaS tools, and cross-functional business processes while working with industry leaders like Nvidia, Discord, and Ubisoft.
- • This role offers meaningful ownership in shaping delivery practices, enabling you to build strong relationships, refine workflows, and contribute to a culture of clarity and reliability in customer project execution.

- • 2+ years of experience in service delivery, customer success, business operations, or project management, or relevant background in data centers or networking.
- • Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage complexity, spot inconsistencies, and drive process improvements.
- • Excellent communication skills to effectively translate between technical, commercial, and customer audiences.
- • Comfort working with infrastructure concepts and tools such as Jira, HubSpot, and NetSuite.
- • Proactive, reliable, and ownership-driven attitude — you follow through without needing direction.
- • Based in the Netherlands and able to commit to a hybrid work model with approximately two days on-site per week in Rotterdam.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive compensation package including base pay, shift bonuses, and an annual performance bonus.
- • 25 vacation days per year (excluding national holidays) plus travel allowance.
- • Premium-free pension plan and access to education reimbursement for skill development.
- • Lifetime access to Ubisoft’s game library as a gaming perk.
- • On-site amenities including an in-house gym, game room, and music room in Rotterdam.
- • Opportunity to work with major global clients and shape delivery processes in a growing, impact-driven team.
