Customer Development Executive

📋 Description

• • As a Customer Development Executive at Unilever PLC, you will drive growth in your assigned territory by expanding the reach of Unilever Food Solutions (UFS) through new account development and increased product penetration via new product introductions. This role is critical to sustaining and growing Unilever’s market presence in the food service sector, ensuring consistent business performance and market expansion.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include delivering business targets, developing new accounts, introducing new products, achieving GTM (Go-To-Market) targets, managing distributor partners, coaching distributor sales representatives to boost productivity, implementing local and national marketing plans (including innovations, activations, and campaigns), and collaborating with support functions to equip operators with services and solutions such as ideation sessions, masterclasses, cooking demos, and trend sharing.
