- • As a Customer Development Manager Denmark, you will serve as a trusted point of contact for key customers, nurturing meaningful relationships that build long-term trust and loyalty while supporting their evolving needs and feedback.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include building and strengthening customer relationships, partnering with sales, product, marketing, and finance teams to deliver customer-focused solutions, creating and maintaining account plans that highlight growth opportunities and address risks, and collaborating with the Director of Key Accounts to align strategies with company goals.
- • You will join Goodyear, a global leader in tire innovation with over 125 years of history, operating in 19 countries with 63,000 employees and two Innovation Centers dedicated to advancing mobility solutions through bold thinking and relentless drive.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in B2B account management, gain experience collaborating across cross-functional teams, sharpen your strategic thinking through customer insights and trend analysis, and grow your ability to influence sustainable growth for both customers and the company.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3 - 5 years of experience in customer development, account management, or a similar customer-facing role
- • Fluency in English and Danish, enabling clear and professional business communication
- • Confidence using MS Office, CRM systems, and data tools such as Excel or Power BI
- • Willingness to travel for client meetings or industry events (driver’s license required)
- • Experience working in B2B environments and building long-term partnerships
- • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
