- • As a Customer Education Consultant at Motiv Inc., you will empower customers to maximize the value of our products and services through strategic planning, expert delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs grounded in instructional design principles and measurable business outcomes.
- • Day to day, you will lead customer discovery and planning sessions, deliver virtual and onsite training, design and execute Train-the-Trainer programs, collaborate on learning assets with internal teams, apply instructional design to needs analysis and project management, and refine content based on feedback and performance data.
- • Motiv empowers the people who run physical operations with tools to make their work safer, more productive, and more profitable, serving nearly 100,000 customers across industries including transportation, logistics, construction, energy, manufacturing, agriculture, and the public sector through a unified platform with industry-leading AI.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in customer-facing training for SaaS platforms, strengthen your instructional design and facilitation skills, drive measurable customer success and product adoption, and grow as a trusted advisor influencing both customer outcomes and internal training excellence.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on instructional design experience, with significant emphasis on developing and delivering customer-facing training in a SaaS environment
- • Proven experience facilitating both virtual and/or classroom-based training sessions with exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- • Strong theoretical and practical understanding of learning theories (e.g., adult learning principles) and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), plus solid project management skills
- • Proficiency with industry-standard eLearning and content authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Captivate) and ability to write clear, concise, and effective copy, instructional text, and A/V scripts
- • Excellent time management and organizational abilities to prioritize multiple projects, manage competing deadlines, and maintain attention to detail under pressure
- • Willingness and ability to travel up to 40% for onsite delivery, Train-the-Trainer programs, and customer workshops
