  • • As the Learning Experience and Curriculum Lead at OpenAI, you will design and execute enterprise learning pathways that enable customers to build durable AI skills through structured curricula, certifications, and hands-on experiences.
  • • You will write and edit curriculum including learning objectives, lesson outlines, assessments, and hands-on exercise guidance, while building certification structures with badges and progression criteria that reflect meaningful skill development.
  • • You will partner with Product, Technical Success, and Customer Education teams to ensure learning content aligns with product updates, real-world use cases, and measurable customer outcomes.
  • • You will leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation, generate practice scenarios and code examples, perform QA checks, and maintain curriculum relevance as products evolve.
  • • You will establish production standards through templates, style guides, and QA checklists, and design learning analytics to measure completion, assessment performance, and behavioral impact.
  • • You will create scalable, modular systems for course development that are repeatable, maintainable, and grounded in learning science and instructional design best practices.
  • • You will contribute to OpenAI’s mission of broadening AI literacy by empowering enterprise workforces with practical, job-ready AI skills that drive innovation and adoption.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Experience designing and launching scalable learning programs for technical products or platforms.
  • • Strong writing ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • • Understanding of how organizations adopt new technologies across technical and non-technical roles.
  • • Ability to build modular, repeatable, and maintainable systems for curriculum and course operations.
  • • Experience using data to evaluate and improve learning effectiveness and focus on measurable outcomes.
