- • The Customer Enablement and Product Consultant at Varicent Software Inc. leads the delivery and evolution of live product enablement sessions, ensuring learners understand and confidently apply Varicent’s platforms in their day-to-day roles through practical, scenario-based learning that emphasizes the 'why' and 'how' behind tasks.
- • Day to day, the role involves designing and developing virtual instructor-led training (vILT) curriculum with instructional designers and product SMEs, delivering polished training sessions via platforms like Zoom and zuddl, adapting delivery based on learner feedback, mentoring fellow facilitators, contributing to onboarding new team members, representing Education in cross-functional initiatives, and investigating new technologies such as Generative AI to improve learning experiences.
