- • As a Customer Engineer on LangChain's Enterprise Enablement team, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to new enterprise customers, blending deep technical expertise with a passion for education to accelerate their success with the LangChain ecosystem.
- • You will lead onboarding engagements for new enterprise customers, guide them through initial setup on the LangSmith platform, unblock technical issues, and create scalable enablement frameworks including training workshops, tutorials, and best-practice guides.
- • You will join a collaborative, engineering-driven team at LangChain, a company building the foundation for agent engineering with products like LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, and Fleet used by developers at Replit, Coinbase, Workday, and 35% of the Fortune 500.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in AI/ML systems and agent architecture, shape customer enablement best practices, influence product development through user feedback, and grow your impact as a technical educator and advisor in the fast-moving AI industry.
