📋 Description

• Lead and develop a customer-facing technical team in Korea to drive successful adoption of UiPath’s automation platform across the full customer lifecycle.
• Guide team execution in demos, technical discovery, POCs, solution design, platform setup, and post-sales advisory to ensure technical win rates and customer value realization.
• Partner with GTM and sales leadership to shape regional go-to-market strategy, prioritize high-impact engagements, and accelerate pipeline through solution positioning and field plays.
• Oversee Professional Services delivery for strategic accounts, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes, defining delivery standards, and acting as senior escalation point during implementation.
• Build team capability via hiring, onboarding, enablement, performance management, and career development while connecting technical recommendations to business outcomes and platform maturity.
• Monitor regional customer patterns, adoption blockers, and product feedback to inform internal teams and promote reusable playbooks, demo assets, and best practices.
• Represent the regional technical perspective in account planning, business reviews, and leadership discussions, coaching teams on executive communication, technical storytelling, and competitive positioning.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading customer-facing technical teams such as Sales Engineering, Solution Consulting, Technical Account Management, Customer Engineering, or Technical Consulting
• Strong understanding of enterprise software, automation, AI, SaaS/cloud platforms, architecture, integrations, security, and deployment considerations
• Fluency in Korean and English, written and spoken
• Experience overseeing or directly delivering Professional Services engagements, including project governance, resource coordination, milestone tracking, and customer stakeholder management
• Proven ability to build or evolve a technical field function, including role definition, engagement models, KPIs, and enablement
