  • • Customer Experience Agent at Dressly, a fashion-tech startup scaling rapidly under Skelar AS, a venture builder creating international product IT companies. The role is vital as the voice and face of Dressly, ensuring users feel confident and supported in finding their style through empathetic, timely service.
  • • Day to day: Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat, with future phone support; work in rotating shifts including night shifts (~6 per month) with 30-minute breaks and Slack huddles; deeply understand product flows to identify pain points and improve service efficiency; take ownership of issues and solutions, manage shift time responsibly, and contribute ideas from day one.

🎯 Requirements

  • • English proficiency at B1+ level
  • • Willingness to work night shifts (~6 per month)
  • • Prior experience in customer service via phone, email, chat, or in-person
  • • Initiative and organization: ability to identify problems, propose solutions, take ownership of outcomes, and manage work time effectively
  • • Desire to learn and grow in the IT field
  • • (Nice-to-have) Experience with helpdesk platforms such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
