- • Partner directly with dental clinicians in real-time to review, refine, and finalize fixed prosthodontic case designs, ensuring optimal aesthetic and functional outcomes for patients.
- • Provide live technical support via phone, chat, and video calls to troubleshoot scanning issues, clarify workflow steps, and resolve design concerns during critical case stages.
- • Apply deep expertise in 3Shape CAD/CAM software to design crowns, bridges, and implant-supported restorations with precision, adhering to best practices for digital workflows.
- • Translate clinical feedback from dentists into actionable instructions for internal lab teams, ensuring accurate production outcomes aligned with practitioner expectations.
- • Act as the primary point of contact between clinicians and Dandy’s lab operations team, facilitating clear communication to minimize rework and improve turnaround times.
- • Build trust and confidence with dental professionals by offering empathetic, professional, and timely support during high-stakes case consultations.
- • Navigate and troubleshoot digital scanning platforms, scan bodies, and implant system components to ensure accurate data capture and design compatibility.
- • Manage multiple concurrent live customer interactions across different time zones while maintaining high standards of quality and responsiveness.
- • Ensure all cases meet strict quality benchmarks and deadlines, even under pressure, with meticulous attention to detail in every design revision.
- • Stay current with evolving digital dental technologies and workflows, continuously adapting to new platform updates and product features within Dandy’s ecosystem.
- • Utilize native or near-native fluency in the local market language to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to clinicians, including region-specific dental terminology and clinical norms.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, production, and quality assurance to align customer expectations with lab capabilities and delivery timelines.
- • Identify recurring customer pain points and communicate insights to product and engineering teams to help improve platform usability and clinical workflows.
- • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, case modifications, and resolution outcomes within internal tracking systems.
- • Demonstrate independent problem-solving skills by diagnosing complex clinical cases without direct supervision and proposing viable design solutions under time constraints.
- • Embrace a fast-paced, fully-digital lab environment where adaptability, initiative, and ownership of customer outcomes are essential to success.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ Years in a Dental Technician Role
- • 2+ years of experience in 3Shape CAD/CAM design, including Implant and Crown & Bridge cases
- • Deep understanding of digital dental workflows, including implant systems, scan bodies, and best design practices
- • Native or near-native fluency in the local market language, with strong knowledge of local dental norms and terminology
- • Previous experience in a customer-facing lab role is preferred
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate clinical and technical feedback into actionable insights
