- • Partner directly with dental clinicians in real-time via phone, chat, and video to review, refine, and finalize removable dental case designs, ensuring optimal aesthetic and functional outcomes for patients.
- • Provide expert technical guidance on 3Shape CAD/CAM design workflows for implant and crown & bridge cases, troubleshooting design challenges and advising on best practices for digital workflows.
- • Translate clinical feedback from dentists into precise instructions for Dandy’s production lab teams, ensuring accurate execution of treatment plans and high-quality final products.
- • Collaborate with clinicians to assess scan data, identify issues with scan bodies or digital impressions, and recommend adjustments to improve case accuracy and fit.
- • Build and maintain trust with dental professionals by delivering empathetic, professional, and timely customer support during high-stakes clinical case reviews.
- • Act as a key liaison between clinicians and internal lab technicians, bridging communication gaps between clinical needs and production capabilities in a fully digital environment.
- • Manage multiple live customer interactions simultaneously, prioritizing urgent cases while maintaining consistent quality standards across all assignments.
- • Navigate and adapt quickly to evolving digital dental platforms and internal tools, ensuring proficiency in Dandy’s proprietary design and communication systems.
- • Meet strict production deadlines without compromising on case precision, fit, or patient safety, consistently adhering to clinical and regulatory quality benchmarks.
- • Communicate complex technical concepts in clear, accessible language to clinicians with varying levels of digital experience, ensuring understanding and confidence in Dandy’s solutions.
- • Apply deep knowledge of local dental terminology, norms, and regulatory expectations in Spain to ensure compliance and cultural relevance in every customer interaction.
- • Proactively identify recurring design or workflow challenges and escalate insights to product and engineering teams to drive improvements in tool usability and clinical efficiency.
- • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, case modifications, and technical resolutions within Dandy’s digital case management system.
- • Demonstrate a strong commitment to continuous learning in rapidly evolving digital dentistry technologies and be willing to adopt new tools and protocols as the company scales.
- • Represent Dandy’s brand as a trusted advisor to dental practices, reinforcing confidence in the company’s mission to modernize dental care through technology.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ Years in a Dental Technician Role
- • 2+ years of experience in 3Shape CAD/CAM design, including Implant and Crown & Bridge cases
- • Deep understanding of digital dental workflows, including implant systems, scan bodies, and best design practices
- • Native or near-native fluency in the local market language, with strong knowledge of local dental norms and terminology
- • Previous experience in a customer-facing lab role is preferred
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate clinical and technical feedback into actionable insights
