- • Collaborate directly with dental clinicians in real-time to review, refine, and optimize removable dental appliance designs, including full and partial dentures, ensuring optimal aesthetic and functional patient outcomes.
- • Provide live clinical support via phone, chat, and video calls to troubleshoot technical issues, clarify digital workflows, and resolve case-specific concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- • Act as a key liaison between clinicians and internal dental lab teams, translating clinical feedback into precise production instructions to ensure accurate and timely case fulfillment.
- • Apply deep expertise in 3Shape CAD/CAM design software to modify and enhance digital denture models, adhering to best practices for scan body placement, margin refinement, and occlusal adjustments.
- • Guide dentists through complex digital workflows, building confidence in Dandy’s technology platform by offering clear, actionable technical guidance tailored to their clinical needs.
- • Manage multiple concurrent customer interactions across communication channels while maintaining high standards of accuracy, responsiveness, and service quality.
- • Ensure all cases meet strict quality benchmarks and are delivered within tight deadlines without compromising clinical integrity or patient safety.
- • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by documenting recurring clinician feedback and recommending enhancements to product design, training materials, or operational processes.
- • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, case resolutions, and design modifications to support quality assurance and knowledge sharing across the team.
- • Adapt quickly to evolving digital dental technologies and platform updates, staying current with industry trends and internal system enhancements.
- • Work within scheduled shifts aligned with Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST): 6 am – 3:45 pm, 8 am – 5:45 pm, or 10 am – 6:45 pm, ensuring reliable availability during business hours.
- • Demonstrate strong independent problem-solving abilities while navigating high-pressure, time-sensitive clinical scenarios with composure and precision.
- • Foster trusting relationships with dental professionals through clear communication, active listening, and consistent delivery of expert support.
- • Contribute to a fully digital lab environment by embracing process automation, remote collaboration tools, and data-driven workflows.
- • Uphold compliance with all patient privacy and data security standards in all clinical communications and case documentation.
- • Represent Dandy’s commitment to innovation, quality, and customer-centric care in every interaction with clinicians and internal stakeholders.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ Years in a Dental Technician Role
- • 2+ years of experience in 3Shape CAD/CAM design, including full dentures and partial dentures cases
- • Deep understanding of digital dental workflows, including scan bodies and best design practices
- • Proven ability to build rapport with clinicians and offer empathetic support
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- • Comfortable conducting live conversations with clinicians via phone, chat, or video
