Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • As a Customer Experience Specialist at Crowdtilt, Inc., you will be the voice of Tilt for buyers and sellers, handling critical moments like orders, returns, and onboarding to build trust and shape company policies, tooling, and help content.
- • Day to day, you will become a trusted voice in chat and email channels, resolve marketplace questions with clarity and kindness, keep conversations tidy by setting expectations and following through, and share effective replies that teammates adopt; after 3+ months, you will own a slice of the support queue (e.g., shipping, refunds), spot patterns to create process improvements, turn tricky situations into positive outcomes, and help raise the bar for team writing and customer tone.
- • You will join a mission-driven team backed by world-class investors, working alongside curious, kind, and wickedly smart teammates to redefine how millions of people shop online through a platform that helps sellers grow from zero to £1M+ in earnings.
- • In this role, you will accelerate your career by learning in months what takes years elsewhere, making a visible impact on a product used by millions, and gaining clear growth paths as Tilt scales, all while writing beautifully under pressure and delivering for customers every day.
🎯 Requirements
- • Outstanding written English: warm, concise, and confidence-building
- • Excellent customer judgment and empathy, with strong de-escalation skills
- • Ownership mindset: finishing what you start and communicating proactively
- • Marketplace-savvy (familiar with orders, returns, refunds, seller/merchant questions) or eager to learn quickly
🏖️ Benefits
- • 29 days off per year, plus UK bank holidays
- • Your birthday off, no questions asked
- • Share options to become a true stakeholder in the company’s success
- • Remote work from anywhere in Brazil with legal right to work
