📋 Description

  • As a Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Birch Finance Inc., you will design and execute proactive marketing programs that drive adoption and retention across the full-stack product portfolio, ensuring every customer realizes the full value of Fusion Connect services from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
  • Day to day, you will develop and execute account-based marketing (ABM) programs for enterprise and mid-market telecom accounts, conduct market research to inform campaign development, manage marketing automation workflows and CRM data (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), create targeted email, social, and digital content, build segmentation rules for product expansion, monitor KPIs like activation rate and renewal probability, and collaborate with sales, product, and customer experience teams to align go-to-market efforts.
