- • As a Customer Loyalty Advocate at Henry Schein ONE, you will play a vital role in maintaining and strengthening customer relationships by resolving inquiries, driving product adoption, and advocating for customer needs across internal teams. Your work directly contributes to customer retention, satisfaction, and long-term loyalty in the healthcare technology space.
- • Day to day, you will handle a high volume of inbound customer cases, resolve issues including down-sells, restructurings, and terminations, proactively engage delinquent accounts, and guide clients to maximize value from existing products and services using best practices.
