- • Own the end-to-end speaker sourcing process for tradeshows, webinars, and field events, including identifying prospects, initiating outreach, vetting candidates, and securing confirmations in collaboration with the Corporate Marketing team.
- • Manage a dynamic pipeline of customer and industry speakers, ensuring consistent representation across all event types while maintaining alignment with Zip’s branding and messaging goals.
- • Partner with the Customer Success team to identify high-potential customers for reviews on G2 and Gartner, designing and executing targeted outreach campaigns to drive measurable increases in review volume and quality.
- • Track and analyze the performance of review site initiatives, iterating on messaging, timing, and targeting to optimize results over time.
- • Develop and maintain sales enablement collateral for customer stories, translating customer success narratives into clear, compelling content that empowers GTM teams to demonstrate value during sales conversations.
- • Write polished, client-focused copy that articulates customer challenges, Zip’s solution, and quantifiable outcomes, ensuring consistency across all customer story materials.
- • Coordinate logistics for customer gifting programs across key lifecycle touchpoints, including selecting appropriate gift options, managing vendor relationships, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery.
- • Scale the gifting program by identifying high-impact moments for recognition and aligning gift selections with customer segment and engagement level.
- • Work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Solutions teams to ensure alignment on messaging, timing, and program objectives.
- • Maintain organized records and documentation for all speaker engagements, review campaigns, customer stories, and gifting activities to enable reporting and future planning.
- • Proactively manage multiple concurrent programs with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks based on event calendars, sales cycles, and business objectives.
- • Ensure all marketing materials and communications reflect Zip’s brand voice and adhere to compliance standards for customer testimonials and public reviews.
- • Support the Customer Marketing lead in executing tactical initiatives while freeing them to focus on strategic planning and long-term program development.
- • Adapt quickly to changing event schedules, customer feedback, and market dynamics to maintain program momentum and effectiveness.
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer marketing processes by documenting best practices and sharing insights across teams.
- • Maintain a high standard of attention to detail across all deliverables, from email templates to gift orders to speaker contracts.
- • Ensure all programs are scalable and repeatable, laying the groundwork for future team expansion or automation.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2-3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing or a customer-facing role, ideally with exposure to customer marketing, event marketing, or content marketing
- • Strong writing skills with demonstrated ability to create polished sales enablement materials that articulate customer challenges and Zip’s solution
- • Strong project management skills: organized, self-directed, and able to juggle multiple programs simultaneously
- • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Solutions teams
