- • As the Customer Marketing Manager at Loop Returns Inc., you will orchestrate strategic marketing campaigns to drive retention within our current merchant customers, directly impacting net dollar retention, churn reduction, and product adoption.
- • Day to day, you will design and execute data-informed marketing initiatives, collaborate cross-functionally with Account Management, Merchant Success, Marketing, RevOps, and department leaders, and measure campaign effectiveness to improve customer lifecycle outcomes.
- • Loop Returns is an ecommerce software company powering critical shopping experiences for over 5,000 top Shopify brands, including Bombas, Brooklinen, Cotopaxi, Reebok, and Ruggable, with a focus on returns, tracking, logistics, and expanding into warranties, shipping protection, fraud prevention, and fit analysis.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in B2B customer marketing, retention strategy, and cross-functional influence while contributing to Loop’s mission of building confidence in the post-purchase experience through innovation and measurable results.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience creating and executing customer marketing or retention campaigns that improve net dollar retention
- • Strong ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision making in campaign development
- • Demonstrated success collaborating cross-functionally with teams such as Account Management, Merchant Success, Marketing, and RevOps
- • Experience working in a B2B or SaaS environment, preferably serving ecommerce or retail clients
- • Ability to measure and optimize campaigns based on retention, churn, and product adoption metrics
- • Located in the United States to align with Loop’s Blended Working Environment
