  • • Own the strategy and execution of customer stories and advocacy moments across LinkedIn, X, and YouTube, ensuring they align with OpenAI’s brand and enterprise messaging.
  • • Develop social-first content formats including short-form videos, clips, carousels, threads, and platform-native highlight moments tailored for B2B audiences.
  • • Create and direct content that supports enterprise product launches, customer advocacy campaigns, and broader brand initiatives through compelling storytelling.
  • • Draft outlines, scripts, narrative angles, and creative briefs for short-form B2B social content, ensuring clarity, impact, and platform optimization.
  • • Transform long-form customer films, interviews, and written case studies into digestible, platform-optimized assets for social distribution.
  • • Build and distribute share packs with recommended copy, visuals, and talking points for employees, executives, customers, and advocates to amplify messaging.
  • • Maintain a structured, data-informed publishing calendar for social channels, identifying workflow bottlenecks and improving content velocity.
  • • Partner cross-functionally with GTM, Product Marketing, Communications, Brand, Events, Creative, Production, Sales, and regional teams to align on storytelling priorities and execution.
  • • Collaborate directly with customers and industry advocates to co-create authentic, public-facing content that highlights real-world AI outcomes.
  • • Apply strong creative and trend fluency to leverage creator-style, lo-fi, and polished enterprise storytelling formats that resonate in B2B social spaces.
  • • Exercise editorial judgment to determine optimal hooks, pacing, sequencing, and amplification strategies for maximum engagement and reach.
  • • Demonstrate video and visual intuition by evaluating content quality, guiding production teams, and raising the standard of output across all social assets.
  • • Ensure all customer advocacy content reflects OpenAI’s mission to ensure general-purpose AI benefits all of humanity, with attention to diversity, inclusion, and ethical representation.
  • • Work in-office three days per week based in San Francisco, coordinating with teams and stakeholders in person to maintain alignment and creative synergy.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 7+ years in Customer Marketing, Social Marketing, Content Marketing, Product Marketing, or B2B GTM roles
  • • Deep experience with B2B social media platforms including LinkedIn, X, and YouTube
  • • Strong creative and trend fluency in creator-style, lo-fi, and enterprise storytelling formats
  • • Excellent editorial judgment for hooks, pacing, sequencing, and repeatable social formats
  • • Proven experience working with customers, advocates, and cross-functional teams in public storytelling
  • • Clear project leadership experience across Sales, Product Marketing, Communications, Creative, and Production teams
