• • As a Customer Onboarding Manager at Deel, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful launch and adoption of Deel’s global all-in-one Employee Management Platform for clients across diverse industries and regions. Your work directly impacts customer success by enabling seamless onboarding experiences that support global hiring, payroll, and compliance needs.
• • Day to day, you will plan, execute, and monitor client implementation projects, act as a product expert guiding customers and internal teams, communicate complex solutions clearly to stakeholders, resolve implementation challenges through proactive problem-solving, and collaborate with Customer Experience and R&D teams to refine processes and share best practices.
