📋 Description
- • Customer Operations Coordinator (Remote – PH | Graveyard Shift) is a critical role responsible for ensuring seamless field operations by monitoring technician assignments, verifying compliance with service standards, and maintaining clear communication across teams. This position directly impacts service quality and customer satisfaction by acting as the operational nerve center that connects field technicians with internal support functions.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking daily technician assignments and job progress via the dispatch system, conducting compliance checks to ensure each job includes required photos, warranty submissions, and uniform adherence, sending clear Slack summaries of completed jobs and team performance, coordinating customer support tasks such as billing follow-ups, reminders, and scheduling issues, proactively flagging incomplete tasks or missed SOP steps for escalation, maintaining detailed logs of wins, issues, and feedback for performance reviews, providing cross-team support to HR, Success, and Ops to improve field operations, and keeping checklists and status trackers updated and organized to ensure operational consistency.

🎯 Requirements
- • 1+ year experience in dispatch, operations, or customer support
- • Excellent written communication skills in English
- • Confident using Slack, Google Sheets, and cloud-based tools
- • Strong follow-through and checklist-oriented mindset
- • Comfortable working graveyard shifts (Philippines time) with availability for weekend coverage as needed
- • Must use personal equipment and internet connection, including backup power and internet sources
