  • • The Customer Operations Specialist at JAMS Software LLC is a critical role responsible for managing customer accounts with a focus on renewals, license key provisioning, and order processing to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue retention.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning the end-to-end renewal process (quotes, approvals, order processing), proactively sending renewal proposals 90+ days in advance, managing license key creation and provisioning across systems, reviewing and processing sales/renewal orders for invoicing accuracy, maintaining customer health assessments, assisting Accounts Receivable with aging invoices, and serving as a customer-facing resource via email and phone for billing, licensing, and order inquiries.
  • • JAMS Software is a 100% remote, global team dedicated to building comprehensive workload automation software, operating with a distributed workforce and emphasizing customer success through operational excellence in revenue operations.
  • • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in SaaS renewals, license management, CRM operations (HubSpot), cross-functional collaboration, and customer retention strategies, while gaining experience in a fast-paced, remote-first technology environment with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and retention initiatives.
