- • As a Customer Programs Manager - French Speaking at SoSafe GmbH, you will play a pivotal role in scaling customer engagement and retention for the company’s growing French-speaking market, directly contributing to the mission of becoming Europe’s leading human risk management provider by driving behavioral change through cybersecurity awareness and training.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include monitoring customer health, launching scaled campaigns to boost upsells and retention, analyzing data to identify trends and recommend process improvements, creating and executing 1:many engagement initiatives (such as email campaigns, webinars, and office hours), collaborating with CSMs, AEs, Product, and Marketing teams, and maintaining data hygiene in internal systems like Salesforce to support a portfolio of 500–1,000 SMB and low-touch accounts.
- • You will join SoSafe’s Customer Programs Team, which oversees the end-to-end journey of mid-market customers—from onboarding to renewal—through scalable, repeatable programs. The team is based in Berlin and supports the company’s rapid expansion across Europe, particularly in France, where localized onboarding, product adoption, and retention strategies are critical to growth.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in customer lifecycle management, data-driven engagement strategies, and cross-functional collaboration within a high-growth SaaS environment. You will gain hands-on experience in building and optimizing customer success processes that can be scaled across segments, positioning you for advancement into senior customer success, program management, or operations roles within SoSafe or the broader tech industry.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role such as inside sales, customer success, BDR, or product marketing
- • Experience with SaaS tech stack including Salesforce, Highspot, Planhat, or similar tools
- • Fluency in French and English; German, Spanish, or Dutch is a plus
- • Strong analytical skills with a solution-driven mindset, comfortable using data to validate hypotheses and drive decisions
- • Ability to demonstrate product functionality and clearly communicate key business use cases to customers
- • Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to foster customer growth, loyalty, and adoption
