• • Customer Service Admin (Live Events & Customer Fulfillment Support) at Agent Inc. is a remote, full-time role based in the Philippines, supporting a Canadian real estate education startup by ensuring seamless execution of live events and digital fulfillment for students.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include running live weekly and weekend calls, preparing event assets (slides, videos, timers, surveys, links), admitting and managing attendees, handling inbox inquiries, fulfilling resource requests from leadership, managing breakout rooms and speaker spotlights, and coordinating gifts, bonuses, and follow-ups to ensure high-touch client experiences.
