- • Day to day, the role involves running live sessions (weekly and weekend calls), preparing event assets (slides, videos, timers, surveys, links), admitting and managing attendees and chat, fulfilling resource requests from leadership, launching and managing breakout sessions and spotlight speakers, handling gifts and bonuses, responding promptly to student inquiries, and maintaining an organized inbox with clear solutions.
