📋 Description
- • As a Customer Service Advocate III at Centene Corporation, you will serve as a key advocate focused on resolving complex member and provider issues, directly impacting the experience of 28 million members by ensuring timely, accurate, and personalized support across multiple channels.
- • Day to day, you will assess and research customer service needs, resolve escalated complaints via phone, live chat, and email, document interactions in CRM systems, provide guidance to team members, and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations in a fast-paced contact center environment.
- • You will join Centene’s diversified national organization, a leader in healthcare solutions, where you’ll work within a dedicated customer care team committed to delivering high-quality service and driving continuous improvement through root cause analysis and collaboration.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced problem-solving, communication, and CRM expertise, gain deep healthcare industry knowledge, and build leadership capabilities by mentoring peers and contributing to process improvements that enhance member satisfaction and operational efficiency.
🎯 Requirements
- • High School diploma or GED
- • 2-4 years of related customer service experience
- • Availability to work Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm CST
- • Authorization to work in the U.S. without need for employment-based visa sponsorship
- • Preferred residence within Arkansas
- • Experience with CRM applications and documentation practices
