- • Support and manage payroll tasks using ticket and payroll systems while applying defined standards and client-specific requirements
- • Monitor and manage ticket queues using BI tools to ensure timely handling within SLA thresholds
- • Utilize the hrX suite of tools for payroll processing and associated activities
- • Understand and interpret payslips and follow the payroll calendar
- • Identify deviations from standard service scope and support change request opportunities
- • Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- • Produce and understand basic standard and client-specific payroll reports
- • Review and validate data for accuracy
- • Answer basic payroll questions and requests
- • Support and execute SOC1 Controls
- • Participate in projects as needed and assigned
- • Adhere to all security and compliance procedures
- • Achieve 100% attainment of customer SLA agreements
- • Maintain quality standards and demonstrate professionalism
- • Take accountability, solve problems, take ownership, be client-centric, and be effective in line with Strada’s values

🎯 Requirements
- • High school diploma or equivalent
- • 1-2 years of relevant experience administering payroll or health & welfare/benefits in an HR consulting, HR outsourcing, or corporate environment
- • HRIS knowledge
- • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- • Attention to detail and self-motivation with a willingness to learn
