📋 Description
- • This remote Customer Service Rep – Healthcare role is designed for Ultimate Medical Academy graduates seeking a work-from-home career with a global leader in customer experience. The position supports clients’ healthcare-related products and services through inbound/outbound calls and digital channels, resolving routine issues and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- • Day to day, you will provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide, help customers resolve basic technical issues, track and document interactions in databases, offer additional products or services, and deliver expert customer experiences with a smile—all from a quiet, distraction-free home workspace.

🎯 Requirements
- • Current Ultimate Medical Academy Graduate
- • 1+ year of customer service experience
- • High school diploma or GED
- • Open availability for full-time remote work
- • Quiet, distraction-free home workspace with high-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots/satellite)
- • Desktop or laptop capable of PC and internet testing (work computer may be provided, not guaranteed)
- • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
- • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
- • Eagerness to learn new technologies
- • Must reside in the United States with a valid U.S. address
