- • Customer Service Representative for National Accounts at OpenDeal Inc. - • The role involves managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced remote environment, processing service requests, logging interactions accurately into company systems, and supporting billing and route scheduling through precise data entry—all while upholding the company’s commitment to safety, service excellence, and environmental responsibility.
- • As part of Republic Services, a Fortune 500 leader in environmental services with $14.9B in revenue and 41,000 team members, this role contributes to a mission-driven organization focused on sustainability, circularity, and decarbonization across North America.
- • Daily responsibilities include responding to customer service requests with empathy and professionalism, initiating outbound calls to resolve issues, inputting standard requests into internal systems, logging and updating customer interaction data accurately, entering service and route data for billing and scheduling, collaborating cross-functionally when needed to resolve complex issues, maintaining high productivity and quality standards, and performing other assigned duties as required.
- • The role requires strong multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail, all within a structured remote schedule of 9:30am–6pm CST, with shift realignments occurring twice annually.

🎯 Requirements
- • High School diploma or G.E.D. (minimum requirement); Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service-related environment.
- • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- • Proficiency in bilingual communication skills in a business setting (preferred).
- • Familiarity with the waste management industry (preferred).
- • Strong multitasking abilities with capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
