  • Customer Service Rep – Remote (Bilingual: English / Spanish) – Provide inbound and outbound customer support via phone and internet, resolving routine issues and offering additional products or services while delivering expert experiences with a smile.
  • Day-to-day responsibilities include using call flow guides in the customer’s preferred language, troubleshooting basic technical issues, tracking and documenting customer interactions in databases, upselling products/services, and maintaining a positive, solution-oriented attitude.

🎯 Requirements

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking)
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Quiet, distraction-free home workspace
  • High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots/satellite) and a smartphone
  • Must reside in the United States with a valid U.S. address
