  • • Customer Service Rep - Tech Products (Seasonal, Remote) role at Concentrix involves providing inbound and outbound customer support for tech products, assisting with account inquiries, billing, purchases, and refunds while working from home.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include using call flow guides, helping customers complete purchases, persuading upsells, maintaining product knowledge (smartphones, tablets, computers, wearables), documenting interactions in databases, and delivering expert customer experiences with a focus on retention and satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 1+ year of customer service experience (3+ years preferred; retail experience a plus)
  • • High school diploma or GED
  • • Proficiency in fast-paced multitasking, strong computer navigation skills, and PC knowledge
  • • High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots/satellite), a smartphone, and a quiet, distraction-free home workspace
  • • Must reside in the United States with a valid U.S. address
